Our offers are not-binding in all parts. Mistakes and misprints are possible. We deliver only as long as supply lasts. All prices are in € including VAT (unless it is indicated otherwise).
Especially valuable coins are often the only copies and order must be obtained from a central location. If the goods cannot be sent immediately, or its price is different, we will first inform you about this. It is therefore very helpful if you provide your phone number when ordering, fax or e-mail. Of course, you can ask for the latest prices by telephone.
Shipment
Our shipment is usually within the 3 working days following the order. If we cannot ship an item within that period, we will inform you about the expected delivery time.
It may happen that an item is out of stock and therefore not available. Also in this case you will be informed immediately.
Orders are shipped by mail. The flat rate for shipping and handling is €5.90 in
Payment can be made on delivery (Nachnahme) or prepaid. Regular customers (with the registered customer number) can pay from their account. The goods remain our property until full payment.
You can return the goods without giving reasons within one month after receiving the goods. The period begins with receipt of the goods and this instruction. For products which are not capable of being shipped as a parcel (e.g. bulky goods), you can return by a withdrawal request in text form, e.g. explain by letter, fax or e-mail. During this period it is sufficient to send the goods or the payment. In any case, the return will be at our expense and risk. The returns must be sent to:

In case of an effective return the benefits received on both sides are to be granted-back and where applicable any benefits received (e.g. from use) are to be surrendered. In the case of the deterioration of the product a value substitute can be required. This is not valid if the deterioration of the product is the result exclusively of their check - as it would have been possible to you in the retail shop. Incidentally, you can avoid the value obligation to indemnify, by not using the product like an owner and avoid everything that affects the product value.
Cancellation and right of return for investment coins
According to §312d paragraph 4 Ziff. 6 Civil Code, no cancellation right exists for the delivery of goods whose price is affected by fluctuations at the financial market on which the enterpriser (shop assistant) has no influence. Moreover precious metals also count (coin and ingot) which are acquired on account of their precious metal content for capital purposes.
